I had been shopping for a Chrysler 200, went to several dealerships and alot of online shopping. Much to my suprise I went to 3 Chrysler dealers in the NORTHBAY and you would have thought I had the plaque or something no one came to meet me in the parking lot, and one dealer in Santa Rosa I stood in the Showroom and said YOUWHO...YOUUUUWHOOOOO...YOUWHOOOOOOO..and still alone standing in the showroom!!! I saw an office to my right that said GENERAL MANAGER so I went toward it and there were 3 salesmen shooting the breeze (not a meeting) I said could someone help me? This man gave me a "DEAD-EYE GLARE" and said I will be there in a minute????? Wow..EXITING IMMEDIATELY, I went back home and got online with different dealers and chatted, but that is not "warm and fuzzy"! Luckily I saw the ad in the paper the next Sat and now Tuesday, I have my car, I could of had it Sat but I could not pick it up until Tues. I was so very impressed with Bill and how he validated my intelligence and no pressure! The first thing I noticed about the dealership was the friendly and helpful attitude and demeanor of ALL the staff, including salesmen, secretaries and even the mechanics. Secondly, the prices of the vehicles fit my very limited budget perfectly. I knew I would be having to buy used, and considering that you sometimes don't have the greatest selection, I was pleasantly surprised to see a wide selection and options to choose from. My salesman took as much time with me as needed, and answered every question I had. Without a doubt, I would give McConnell 5 out of 5 stars. More
