While at another Toyota dealer which did not have the model requested, I called Headquarter Toyota and Mario from Sales answered. I told him that I was presently at another Toyota Dealer which did not ha model requested, I called Headquarter Toyota and Mario from Sales answered. I told him that I was presently at another Toyota Dealer which did not have the model and saw online that they had the model we wanted. I proceeded to share the stock number and he said that they had it. I asked him to confirm that it was not in any deal which was closing and he said it was available to purchase. We proceeded to drive the 20 miles to meet with Mario, in which once there, he introduced Adriana to assist us. They mentioned that the vehicle had closed on a deal but was not removed from the system. We inquired if the vehicle would be able to be transferred from another dealer in the district, and they mentioned that usually for just one vehicle they do not cover logistics, but they would check. Upon return the agent said that that they had found a vehicle but it was reserved for a transfer for another dealer. Being that I was already at another Toyota dealer Mario should have visually confirmed the vehicle in lot and assured that it was not sold. This is poor and unethical business practice. This dealer owes me gas, and the additional time lost from work for driving 40 miles back and forth. The original dealer where we were at was able to locate two vehicles to choose from within the district, and were able to close on deal. More

Thieves Went to service. Took my car in because it pulls to the right. We were told that what the car needed alignment and balance. We paid to get it fixed. D Went to service. Drove out of the dealer only to drive back in because the car still pulls to the right. Gonzalo now blames it on our tires, meaning, they sold us an alignment and balance that the car DID NOT NEED, and they charged us for unnecessary repairs that didn't fix the problem. Meanwhile, we are out $180.00, and our car still pull to the right. More
They overbook their service appointments and that is bad business. That is unprofessional and just plain rude. You cannot play with your customers' times and schedules. GET AWAY FROM THOSE THIEVES!!!!!!! TODAY 12/3/18 MY FATHER 81 YEARS OLD (WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE EARLY STAGE) WENT TO THE DEALER WITH 2 LIGHTS IN THE DASH FOR HELP, THE DEALER SERVICE TODAY 12/3/18 MY FATHER 81 YEARS OLD (WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE EARLY STAGE) WENT TO THE DEALER WITH 2 LIGHTS IN THE DASH FOR HELP, THE DEALER SERVICE STAFF MADE MY DAD BELIEVE THAT THE CAR WAS OVERHEATED AND THE ENGINE HAD TO BE REPAIR BECAUSE IT WAS BLOWN.EVERYTHING WAS A FAKE.WHEN MY SISTER APPROACHES THE DEALER SHE CONTACTED ME WITH RICARDO PEREZ AND HE ASSURED ME THE CAR IS REALLY DAMAGED.TOTAL REPAIR COST $2843.00. HE AGREED WITH ME NEXT FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO SEE HOW I WOULD MAKE THE PAYMENT AFTER THE CAR WAS COMPLETELY FIXED BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED WORKING ON THE CAR, INSTEAD I WENT TO THE DEALER TO SEE THE CAR.....WOW WHAT A SURPRISE, NOT ONLY THAT THEY HAD NOT STARTED BUT MY CAR WAS COMPLETELY PERFECT CONDITIONS......THEY JUST TRIED TO CHEAT A OLD MAN. Horrible customer service This place has horrible customer service, i’ve had my car towed and they said they can work on my car without authorization and then they call and say This place has horrible customer service, i’ve had my car towed and they said they can work on my car without authorization and then they call and say I need to come in to sign papers to work on my car. I told them I cant come in and to send me the paper work through email and they said they would and after calling 4 times they still didnt send me the papers. Which means it will take LONGER for my car to be taken care of. Still waiting on the paperwork, they are taking forever and i’m going to get charged extra for the days its there and for my rental days. Wouldnt recommend going there. More

We wanted a Sienna XLE 2017 for my husba 8/30/2018 I do NOT recommend this dealer. They just want your money and do NOT care about you as a customer. We wanted a Sienna XLE 2017 for my husband. My daughter negotiated the deal with Edgar. Once the deal was confirmed in writing with my daughter we went there in person. We were between this Sienna and another one from other dealer. We declined purchasing the other one because we had a deal. For our surprised, once we arrived to the dealer, Edgar told us that there was a mistake in the price because he forgot to check the repairs that the service department had done on the Sienna... so they tried to increase the price in $1,900! We are not young people and we had the worst time ever. My husband was extremely upset and nervous. Edgar was not able to resolve the issue and the manager that was at the dealer did not even approached us to explain the situation and to apologize. They committed the error and we need to pay for it?!!!!! incredible. In the meant time, we tried to purchase the other Sienna (from other dealer) and it was SOLD! We lost the other deal. My daughter called the manager Fernando Cabeza, who told her that he cannot help and that either we pay the $1,900 extra or there is no deal. In summary, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! they do NOT have a word and they just want to steal your money! a good manager should have at least offer half a price to split the error that THEY had! More
