He was not only taking care it on the timely matter but also including multi-point inspection on m Nissan service for a quick oil and filter change. PLEASE READ! ! PLEASE READ!! I am having to change my review. When I bought the vehicle it was a smooth process and was pleasant. But since then Nissan Headquarte ! PLEASE READ!! I am having to change my review. When I bought the vehicle it was a smooth process and was pleasant. But since then Nissan Headquarters has been a nightmare to deal with. Every time I go in for an oil change they always try and charge me for it even with all the warranties I purchased. It is a battle every time I go in there. Nobody will sit down explain to me what warranties I have, they are very dismissive. About a month ago I called Nissan customer service and they sent me the Warranty that was purchased. Well, I had a rock thrown at my windshield today and the chip is small. I remember ready on the warranty about windshield chips and when I called Nissan Headquarters to verify and see how to go about getting this fixed they were not wanting to help me or do any research when I purchased the vehicle to see my warranty and I was told to file on my insurance. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They only care about the commission on the purchase of the vehicle, not customer service afterwards. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE. I am seriously considering trading my vehicle to not have to deal with them ever again. I should of bought a Toyota. They have no idea what they are selling you once you sign those papers they could care less about you! PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM HERE! More
