The service department under NEW leadership has gotten much better. The manager for the pass year has been excellent. Allison is the BEST in comparison with customer service. Have to do some errands in town this week, I stopped by Nissan service for a quick oil and filter change. He was not only taking care it on the timely matter but also including multi-point inspection on m Nissan service for a quick oil and filter change. He was not only taking care it on the timely matter but also including multi-point inspection on my 2019 Altima at the same time. The gentleman that helped me take time answering questions that I was not sure about! It's meant a lot to me! Thank you!! I'm planning to bring my car back for any future service. PLEASE READ! ! PLEASE READ!! I am having to change my review. When I bought the vehicle it was a smooth process and was pleasant. But since then Nissan Headquarte ! PLEASE READ!! I am having to change my review. When I bought the vehicle it was a smooth process and was pleasant. But since then Nissan Headquarters has been a nightmare to deal with. Every time I go in for an oil change they always try and charge me for it even with all the warranties I purchased. It is a battle every time I go in there. Nobody will sit down explain to me what warranties I have, they are very dismissive. About a month ago I called Nissan customer service and they sent me the Warranty that was purchased. Well, I had a rock thrown at my windshield today and the chip is small. I remember ready on the warranty about windshield chips and when I called Nissan Headquarters to verify and see how to go about getting this fixed they were not wanting to help me or do any research when I purchased the vehicle to see my warranty and I was told to file on my insurance. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They only care about the commission on the purchase of the vehicle, not customer service afterwards. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE. I am seriously considering trading my vehicle to not have to deal with them ever again. I should of bought a Toyota. They have no idea what they are selling you once you sign those papers they could care less about you! PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM HERE! More
