Headquarter Mazda’s staff was very accommodating and honest. I took my car for a check on the break pads and they came back to me saying that the pads did not have to be replaced. I was so glad that honest. I took my car for a check on the break pads and they came back to me saying that the pads did not have to be replaced. I was so glad that they were honest. Some dealerships will just go ahead and replace the pads just to get the business. On top of this. Headquarter Mazda cleaned the outside of my car! The dealership where I bought my car has never done that! Thank you Headquarter Mazda for the awesome customer service! More

It's a refreshing change to deal with a dealership that practices world class customer service. I had a major electronic part failure and first was allowed to bring my own sourced parts. Second when there was a miscommunication with the mechanic the cost of installation was forgiven by the service manager and I received no bill. Great job Headquarters Mazda, this was totally unexpected. More

The car was returned to me washed and all controls and mirrors as I left them. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable. I spoke to a sales person while waiting. I was afraid I would not experience this based on my initial experience because I drive a leased car. Two weeks into the purchase of my leased car I encountered a rude condescending financial officer about a mistake he made on my paperwork and I felt that my purchase had been a mistake. But in returning for services at the service department everyone has been more than nice , more than friendly and more than helpful. I hope that this culture has also changed in the financial department.
