I own a 2018 Mazda CX 5 that I bought at Headquarter Mazda. Every time I bring it in for service, the appointment is easy to make and Service Specialist, Shannon Painter is always there to greet me. At this visit while waiting for my car, I received a video from the technician who was working on my car. The video was from the technician showing him going over the car and explaining what he was checking and what he had done. That was impressive. I will continue having my car serviced at this dealership. More

Daughter went in for oil change and tire rotation. was told wheels were out of round and driving will be dangerous. quoted a price of $550 for two 15" wheels and remount her two tires, Really! She went to Discount Tire had a Free inspection, they laughed at mazdas findings and how a single lady is often a mark at dealerships. I had my mazda in for a check engine light a few mths. ago and was told I need new fuel injectors for $1000. Another facility said the light was triggered by putting in a new air filter, and to put in a $5 can of seafoam if it would make me feel better. The car runs perfectly. Also, I have in writing from their prior service writer that they would replace my driver's seat which has an issue mazda is aware of. They now reneged on this. I wrote the sales manager twice with no reply. Customer service has gone way down since Max and Dani left as service writers. With mazdas sales issues you would think a customer who has purchased five mazdas wouldn't have all this nonsense to deal with. More

I must say I was initially impressed on my first visit however that wasn’t so on my previous visit. After finally being told my car was ready for pick up I encounter the rudeness of Anthony that will leav however that wasn’t so on my previous visit. Had an oil change asked for a tire rotation 3 times each oil change service said they didn’t need it,, told me I needed new tires, not even close, 35,000 miles and plenty of tread, had a nail in tire said t oil change service said they didn’t need it,, told me I needed new tires, not even close, 35,000 miles and plenty of tread, had a nail in tire said they didn’t fix due to wear , nowI have to go to another repair to have my tires rotated and tire repair, Not happy with service More
