Top Notch Service and Personable Staff My wife takes her car here for service and has always raved about how nice everyone is. They explain everything and they do a great job. Well, last My wife takes her car here for service and has always raved about how nice everyone is. They explain everything and they do a great job. Well, last week, I went with her to drop off her vehicle for service and later in the day, went with her to pick it up. She was spot on! I said as we walked back to the car after the drop off that they were very pleasant and friendly. That gave me comfort knowing that when she had car issues and I was not around...she was in good hands. A shout out to Service Advisor, Anthony Cruz. He was a true professional. Class act all the way. Thanks Headquarter Mazda! Five stars for you guys! More

The staff is very personable, friendly, and helpful. There is no pressure to complete additional services other than what I came in for. They are completely honest about what my vehicle needs and do not make false claims like other places (ex: you need new tires, even though the tread is fine.) Dani at the Service Desk has helped me nearly every time and is excellent at what she does. More

To think she walked in cold with no experience and asked for a job with no prior dealership training. Alas, this is why she excels, no bad habits or poor attitude. She actually makes you feel appreciated and not some mark with which the main objective is to run up as much of a bill as possible. I am very particular about my vehicles and even after looking for a flaw with the vehicle upon being returned I can find none. Great Job More

When on a recent trip through Clermont I spotted a new dealership selling Mazda vehicles and stopped to have a "clunking" sound in my Toyota Scion checked out and give me opportunity to check out the dealership. The Headquarter Mazda Service Department did repair my vehicle at a reasonable price. During my visit I found the sales staff friendly but not all over me like "fleas on a dog." They allowed me to freely wander the lot and showroom and answered my questions. The knowledgeable sales person showed me features on the vehicle that I would have missed seeing. The Sales Manager honored my intent to buy later and did not pressure me in the slightest, He said he wants his dealership to develop long term relationships with customers. More

I was waiting for the greatly inflated dealership prices and could care less attitude. Boy was I wrong, Max in parts and service went far beyond the norm to help us. He seemed to truly care without a hint of attitude. We met Chris in the detail dept. again more helpful than we had a right to expect. Then even though we were not buying a vehicle we meet Robert from sales. Again very nice and relaxed. We actually felt like we were with friends. Well done!!!! More
