wrote this yestereday but don't mind doing it again since another email popped up. They were the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I brought it for an oil change and to check on what i felt was just some oddness as I drove, sometimes vibration when braking, nothing major but wanted to be sure- My car is a Yaris-2020- sold by toyota at that time but actually a Mazda 2 -made by Mazda & Consumer Reports top economical reliable compact that year. They actually send a video of the mechanic working on your car while you're in the waiting area- a lovely area and a place so clean & well ventilated I could feel safe being their without a mask (I have health conditions that require caution). The Service advisor too was wonderfully helpful when I asked about any lumbar and back support driver seat products they might sell- they don't but she took the initiative to google great info and print it out for me. I would attach the video link but I am cautious about privacy but amazing place- Even the bathrooms were cleaner than at a hospital! The coffee machine had near 20 choices--( I chose the Cappucchino). and at checkout going over the bill when she said charge for tire rotation, I said "Oh I wish you asked me first because I get them rotated free at discount tire since I purchased tire there. I wasn't angry or asking for it to be taken off, but she immediately took that charge off the bill. They were ethical, kind, and it was a peaceful place to be. felt more like you were in a high scale hotel lobby than in a car dealership service waiting area. their charges aren't the cheapest in town but they are fair and worth every cent (& i'm an economizer). I'll literally look forward to my next oil change! More
