My salesmen, Chris Rivera and Rick Sanford, were both very professional, answered all my questions, add I had a great experience at Headquarter Mazda. My salesmen, Chris Rivera and Rick Sanford, were both very professional, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and helped me find a car that was perfect for me. I really appreciate that I was never pressured into making a decision. Chris and Rick showed me all the cars that I wanted to see and went on numerous test drives with me. They are both so friendly and made the car buying experience quite pleasant. Once I decided, the process was so quick and painless. I have never bought a car where the whole transaction went so smoothly and quickly. There were a few minor repairs needed on my vehicle and the Used Car Manager, Steve Bradley, made sure that they were fixed right away. He also was very friendly and caring. Throughout the entire experience, I felt like I was respected and cared about as a customer and as a person. I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely use either of my salesmen as both Rick Sanford and Chris Rivera were absolutely great. I know I will never go to anyone else. More

Even though we did not intend on buying the car that day he didn't make us feel pushed or rushing into anything. When I went back about a month later to purchase the vehicle he and the manager Steve were again very friendly and to be honest one of the reasons I decided to go this specific dealer. Along with the dealerships atmosphere. From the start when we were at the dealership we didn't feel like we were getting pushed into anything like we had at other places. He answered the questions that we had along with just other small talk which made the whole process feel more comfortable as opposed to just another sale. The overall experience of the purchase of my new vehicle was great and am very much enjoying my new Mazda. More

Both Scott Rhom and finance manager Zack Crotty were prompt with all replies and were able to match a competing offer that offered more scope for a less total out the door price. Other competing dealerships gave resistance and an attitude when asking for internet only quotations. The whole staff at Headquater Mazda made the shopping experience pleasurable and easy. More

When on a recent trip through Clermont I spotted a new dealership selling Mazda vehicles and stopped to have a "clunking" sound in my Toyota Scion checked out and give me opportunity to check out the dealership. The Headquarter Mazda Service Department did repair my vehicle at a reasonable price. During my visit I found the sales staff friendly but not all over me like "fleas on a dog." They allowed me to freely wander the lot and showroom and answered my questions. The knowledgeable sales person showed me features on the vehicle that I would have missed seeing. The Sales Manager honored my intent to buy later and did not pressure me in the slightest, He said he wants his dealership to develop long term relationships with customers. More

I was waiting for the greatly inflated dealership prices and could care less attitude. Boy was I wrong, Max in parts and service went far beyond the norm to help us. He seemed to truly care without a hint of attitude. We met Chris in the detail dept. again more helpful than we had a right to expect. Then even though we were not buying a vehicle we meet Robert from sales. Again very nice and relaxed. We actually felt like we were with friends. Well done!!!! More
