I can't say enough good things about Headquarters Hyundai! Absolute great experience from start to finish! From the sales staff to the General Sales manager! They were simply the best! I have been looking for a new car for the past two weeks and had visited numerous dealerships only to walk away disappointed and angry at the whole car buying experience! Then one last effort I stopped in at Headquarters Hyundai, and wow was I surprised at the difference! I knew from the moment I was greeted by the first employee that I was going to be leaving in a new car! My salesman, Ryan King was simply the best! Honest, straight forward and very customer oriented! It must have been a 105 degrees that day and he, sweat and all, kept working hard to make sure I was completely satisfied! Make sure and ask for him when you arrive! My biggest shock was the general sales manager, you know the one who is in the other room behind glass working the numbers that are never in your favor? He actually not only came out and talked to me, but he invited back behind the glass to talk to me!!! When does that ever happen?! He just didn't talk numbers either, but he engaged me in personal conversation and actually talked to me as a person too. Make sure you meet him too! Joe is his name! A great guy! I went back later that evening to complete the deal and it ran really late do to only one closer (one went home sick) and all they did was apologize and even offered me another full tank fill up for my trouble! They gave me the deal that I was trying to get for two weeks at numerous dealerships with zero luck at all! I recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle! A class act from start to finish, and I never say that about a dealership...trust me! More
I visited Hyundai to have my car serviced on a Saturday afternoon. Chris Sweet assisted me with getting everything set up and helping me with the correct coupons to use. I really appreciate HQ Hyundai and my experience with Mr. Sweet. I believe the most important thing to me is that I was provided very excellent customer service and Mr. Sweet's whole attitude was very positive. I appreciate being greeted by a smile and by someone that seems to enjoy what they do. I would say that Chris is a very invaluable employee! More
After finding the perfect car for us online, we drove all the way from Tampa to Sanford to take advantage of the great internet price. I personally hate car shopping because I always feel like I'm given the "run around" when the salesmen see a lady walking in the door. Well, that wasn't the case here! I was amazed by how sincerely friendly and helpful the whole team was, but our salesman Robert Duran was especially helpful. Robert happily answered all our questions, let us snoop around every inch of the vehicle, and went out of his way to get us in and out of the dealership in just under our targeted 3 hour window. I've never gotten out of a dealership in 3 hours!!!! To top it off he took the vehicle back to detailing twice to get every little nook and cranny cleaned and even made sure the tank had enough gas to get us back home and then-some. And here's the ultimate compliment.......my mother was amazed at the great price on this gorgeous vehicle!!! We've definitely got Robert's card filed away for the next time we are ready to purchase a vehicle. More

I talked to Walter the night before I went to the dealership and liked what Walter said to me. He was very nice on the phone and made me want to visit his dealership. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Captain Dave who was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the different variations of the Hyundai cars. He made the experience of purchasing a new car painless, seamless and quite enjoyable. Every one of my expectations was surpassed; every need I had was addressed; every question answered and every problem resolved. We purchased a Hyundai Elantra GLS on Friday. We had a very satisfying experience that surpassed our expectations. We had thoroughly researched this car and had spoken with two other dealers (one dealers very satisfying experience that surpassed our expectations. We had thoroughly researched this car and had spoken with two other dealers (one dealership twice in person), but could not reach a deal. Carey Hafner at Headquarter Hyundai was able to confirm their Internet price quote over the phone and at the dealership Byron Droira helped us through the purchase process. Byron was very knowledgable about this car and was very friendly, courteous and efficient. He answered all our questions and the price was exactly what we expected. In fact, the end result was better than expected. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Ron &Judy More
I was greeted with a smiling face before a word came out of Chris Sweet's mouth. Chris introduced himself to me and assessed my vehicle. Chris let me know that besides my oil change, the service dept. would also take care of a recall notice for my car. I let him know that I was concerned about the amount of time that would be needed in order to complete the recall repair. I mentioned to Chris that I was expecting an A/C repairman at my home and that I really needed to do the recall at another visit. Chris assured me that the recall repair would not take very much time over and above the oil change. Within about a half an hour, Chris came to tell me my car was ready. He said that he was able to move it up in the the schedule. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in getting me back on the road in time to get back to my home to meet the A/C repairman. Chris made my stress level go down. I made it back to my house just in time. So life is good! More

Both are very fine employees and value their customers both before and after the sale. The automobile really sold itself. The 2013 Elantra has a ton of quality features. It rides every bit as smooth as the 2004 BMW 330I that I traded in. I bought an OEM engine blanket and an OEM compact spare tire kit right after purchasing the car. Daniel and KiKi are fine representatives of a new dealership striving to carry on from the old dealership that folded when the owner passed away. With Daniel and Kiki at the helm of the sales end and Chris Sweet at the Service Center, this dealership is well on its way to carving its niche in the auto sales arena. Hyundai does the rest! My family now has a 2012 Santa Fe and a 2013 Elantra and we love both of these vehicles. We will continue to go to Headquarter Hyundai in the future for ongoing service and sales. Hyundai has come a long way and it shows. More
