I've had my Toyota Solara for over 9 years and because it was getting pricey to repair it was time to move on to another vehicle. I had been looking at the Elantra for a few months and read revie because it was getting pricey to repair it was time to move on to another vehicle. I had been looking at the Elantra for a few months and read reviews (Consumer Reports recommends it) and looked at youtube video reviews as well. Although I was confident the Elantra was a good fit for me I was nervous about purchasing a new car from a dealership and was unsure how the process would go. Not only that I was afraid of paying too much and getting the runaround. However Headquarter Hyundai proved me wrong. Everyone there was fantastic and I never felt pressured. My salesman was Captain Dave and he is so knowledgeable about the Elantra; he explained the safety features, engine components, and interrior features like bluetooth and satellite radio and along with the test drive helped solidify my decision to puchase it. When it came time to finance the vehicle I figured the interest rate would be high and I would have to haggle with that since everything else up until that point went smoothly. But again I was proven wrong! He got me a great deal on my loan and gave me time to think things over. I'm so glad I went to Headquarter Hyundai and would definitely recommend anyone to puchase their next car from Captain Dave! I love my Elantra! More
My wife and I previously owned a Sonata which we purchased from Holler Hyundai some years ago. Back then Holler was very good but these days not so much. When we tried to trade our Sonata in for a new Azera, Holler really didn't want to take care of us again. Sad. So we headed up to Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford and found a totally different purchase experience! Our sales person, Chad Lobeck, was a super friendly gentleman who didn't push and was very receptive to all our questions and requests. After running a quick set of numbers (really, they get right down to business and don't like to haggle.. come in knowing what a fair price is for your trade and your new car and you won't have to) we actually decided to purchase 2 Azeras to replace both of our cars. We got a super deal from the general manager (Thanks Joe!) and left super happy with our brand new Hyundais!! Sorry Holler, you blew it! More

I was glad to see that most of the service writers that I had dealt with in the past were still around. The one person I want to recognize in the Service Dept is Gayland Young. While there are other service writers who are pleasant, Gayland has always been exceptional in his knowledge, courtesy and personal attention to my needs. I now schedule my service appts with Gayland because of his familiarity with my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Ltd. He always addresses me by name when I arrive, even recalls several personal things about me and my family that we have discussed at random in the past and makes me feel like a valued customer.
