This concern was unwarranted, however, as a dealership like any business needs to make a profit, but also has to keep it varied customer base in mind. I think that my sales rep, Keith and his sales manager did an awesome job at taking into account my specific criteria and trying to fit it into my price range. Keith was very helpful and stuck with me through my long decision-making trek, offering great explanations and suggesting feasible alternatives to any questions or issues I presented. I appreciated the customer-friendly and approachable atmosphere he created, as this was very important in keeping me sane through the brain-racking process of deciding on a car price tag. I also appreciated Keith's clear conveyance of my issues to the approving manager, as she was able to understand my aesthetic and financial preferences because of Keith's diligent and effective communication skills. More

Purchase of a new car My husband and I went to the dealership JUST to look at new cars and suv's, we looked around the lot for approx. 20 minutes before Mr. Mcradle came My husband and I went to the dealership JUST to look at new cars and suv's, we looked around the lot for approx. 20 minutes before Mr. Mcradle came out to assist us, this free time was very important because it gave us the freedom to form our opinions of the cars we saw. Tim was exceptionally professional and helpful in assisting us in finding a car that is not only beautiful but fit our needs (We purchased a 2014 Sonata). We did not feel pressured or bothered, he was so accommodating. I am handicapped because of rheumatoid arthritis and other health problems, Tim was so attentive to me as far as carrying my handbag, ensuring that I had coffee,Tim made sure that I was as comfortable at the Dealership as he possibly could. My husband is not an easy man to please and the fact that we bought a new car defines Tim's expertise. To put it in a nut shell we bought a new car and found a friend in Tim knowing that we can call him anytime with any questions or concerns. If there were 10 stars I would most certainly give it to him but, alas your ratings go only up to 5. Thank you for an most worthy car experience. More

Good experience I found just the car I was looking for (model, MPG, appearance, price). The sales rep was friendly, no pressure - just there to help and answer my qu I found just the car I was looking for (model, MPG, appearance, price). At the end, I was introduced to the service department (hey, they are open on Sundays - nice!). I would definitely check back here, next time I'm in the market. More
Bye Hyundai Hi, this is my 5th Hyundai (Sonata (3) and Elantra 2). The reason I visit this dealership is because the one that I just purchase the 2013 Elantra i Hi, this is my 5th Hyundai (Sonata (3) and Elantra 2). The reason I visit this dealership is because the one that I just purchase the 2013 Elantra in Nov. 2013 hadn't call me back. Also I thought it was nice to receive the $25.00 VISA card. My 07 Sonata had died on me. My son and I got the red 2014 Sonata on April 2. Robert was very nice when we were there. Less than 2 weeks the back side bumper was damage. It was a flaw threw the factory. It took over a week before anyone was willing to fix it. I had to call and put in a claim against the dealership before I could get it taken care of. No Mr. Duran was not helpful like a concern sales person. My son in Washing wants a New Hyundai but I told him no Hyundai is nothing like it use to me. This is my second time having a bad experience with Hyundai. I told him to go to Kia not Hyundai. I think the dealership not realize that without a buyer you can't make any money. And with the $25 VISA that's a lie to get you to come to the dealership. Please check reviews and don't jump so fast like we did to make sure you have the right car and working with the right dealership. It all amount the Management More

Great Experience! I went to HQ Hyundai in Sanford to get some warranty work done my 09 Sonata. While I was waiting for service to be done, I began to tour the lot. Tim I went to HQ Hyundai in Sanford to get some warranty work done my 09 Sonata. While I was waiting for service to be done, I began to tour the lot. Tim came out to me a couple minutes later and I thought to myself " oh, here we go... a pushy, overbearing, full-of-BS car salesman." Well, I was extremely wrong. The HQ Hyundai team was so friendly and helpful. Whether I told them I wasn't interested or was, Tim treated me the same. Willing to answer any question with an honest answer. Long story short, I left with an awesome brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata at a great deal. The entire process was quick and painless. I told them how much I wanted to pay and what I wanted to get and they didn't try to haggle me or rip me off. They were able to give me a good deal on my trade in and my new car and I left as a very happy customer. I would highly recommend HQ Hyundai in Sanford to anyone. Great service, great cars. Its hard to explain, but Robert's qualities on a person to person basis made the experience much more than just buying a car. My wife and I had the opportunity to connect with special person, and that brief encounter and seeing him again today about window tinting, made our trip and purchase special.
