This is a horrible way to run a business. I will be calling corporate. Why promise something if you can’t deliver. More

Warranty NOT honored The reason for my appointment was to get two recalls and several things fixed under warranty. The man in charge of the service center was very condesc The reason for my appointment was to get two recalls and several things fixed under warranty. The man in charge of the service center was very condescending to me. He said he doubts that these things are covered under my warranty even though he didn't read my warranty at all. I suggested he call the warranty company to double check. He said I only have power train coverage since my car has over 60,000 miles on it. I even doubt that the recalls were taken care of. I called my warranty company the next day and he told me that I have comprehensive coverage and the stuff I needed fixed is covered. He said the people at Kia just didn't want to fix them! What he did is auto fraud and against the law. I was going to buy my next car there but I will not spend one cent there after being treated like that. Extremely disappointing experience and I will never go back! More
