Was promised vehicle first week of January, every week they would tell me same story it will be In this week ..waited6 weeks to get vehicle. This place is so disfunctional! No one is same page there, and they blame each other for mistakes! I always do business with a different Honda dealer and have never had a issue with them. I only decided to give hazleton Honda a chance because at the time they were not marking vehicle MSRP up ..from day one this place failed, when I went to pickup my vehicle after 6 weeks of waiting and I had locked in my lease price back in January and gave a deposit as I was told the next day they would be marking up all their vehicles MSRP so they said to lock in my price I had to come up that day and sign paperwork. The day i go up to pickup my vehicle they raised the price of my lease payment. I told them no I had put down a deposit and my price was locked in. They handed me a line that state sales tax went up so I had to pay higher price. . Do not do business with this place. And especially if your a woman they take advantage of you! So buyer beware. This place is dishonest and tell lies just to make a sale. I will going back to the Honda dealer I have always done business with in Wilkes-Barre. They treat their customers with respect and don't take advantage of women. To top it all off, I am already having issues with my vehicle and had it in shop with 100 miles on it. All the staff is rude and will stand in a huddle talking about you and laughing. Most awful experience of my life. I will be taking my business back to Wilkes-Barre. If they weren't raising their MSRP price so high above sticker I would of took my business their. Lesson learned, hazleton Honda has soured me. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this place and go to Wilkes-Barre where they know how to treat their customers. I feel so mistreated by hazleton Honda! More

Had an appointment May 18th 10 am for an inspection, drove 12 miles, got their at 9:45, waited 45 min. in a line before I was finally seen JUST TO BE TOLD THEY HAD NO INSPECTION STICKERS ! You would think that this dealer would have had the foresight to call and tell me they were out of stickers. Today (Aug. 12th) took the car in for an oil change and was told this was my last “free” oil change, I bought this car new in April 2017 and was promised free oil changes as long as I owned the car. Good luck to this new owner your going to need it, smiles and coffee don’t get it anymore 😩 More
Absolutely worse! I drove almost 2 hours to this dealer after speaking with, emailing and texting the internet sales person about the availability of the vehicle I was interested in..only to get there and after speaking with, emailing and texting the internet sales person about the availability of the vehicle I was interested in..only to get there and it's not available. Then to be told that the internet person doesn't really work there or have nay idea of available vehicles. Brendon then walked us around reading his phone to us about the cars (I could do that myself), told us how he needs to feed his child he just had, left us standing there without even excusing himself to go help a previous customer and then told us finance was closed he'd have to call us tomorrow. Worst place to buy a car. Rip off. Bad service. Do not finance through Hazleton Honda ask to view all rates given. They run credit multiple times and give the worst rate.
