Micheal Whang the general manager said they were still waiting on the bank. This went on and on. After over 4 hours we ended up purchasing it with a cashiers check. Micheal offered us a free car wash or oil change to make up for our wasted time. No thanks for your “generous” offer Micheal! Don’t waste your time here. They have no belief in customer service. Go to the Dublin or Burlingame Kia dealerships. They both have much higher review ratings. Now I know why!!! More
