Amazing customer service and attitude! I loved buying my first car from Hayward Honda! The employees are so kind and patient and gave us an amazing deal. I would go to other Honda location I loved buying my first car from Hayward Honda! The employees are so kind and patient and gave us an amazing deal. I would go to other Honda locations and ask for their final price than come her last because they will match that price! My husband just immigrated here and barely speaks English but they were so nice and did their best to help him. We were so nervous but they made us feel so comfortable and calm! I was shocked by the customer service, they didn't let us leave until we were happy and satisfied. More

Service Advisor is rude Last time was my 4th time took for car, 2018 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid, for oil and filter change. In my previous 3 times, I worked with different Last time was my 4th time took for car, 2018 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid, for oil and filter change. In my previous 3 times, I worked with different advisors and they all honored the coupon from other Honda dealer (the same dealer). However, this 4th time this service advisor refused to accept it. He didn’t even look or ask the price difference. He asked me to take the car to the dealer where I got the coupon from. With 2 years extended warranty, altogether I still have another 4 years warranty service and that’s what I am going to do, take it somewhere else! More

Poor communication My 2017 Accord had a small oil leak. I took it to Hayward Honda late one morning and mentioned that I'd pick it up the next morning if it was ready. I My 2017 Accord had a small oil leak. I took it to Hayward Honda late one morning and mentioned that I'd pick it up the next morning if it was ready. I never got call telling me what work needed to be done. The next morning I called numerous times to see if it was ready and each time I was told that someone would get back to me, which they never did. Then they stopped answering their phone so I called using a different phone and they answered and said that someone would call me right back. Eventually I got a return call and it was a loose oil drain plug and was done but I am sure that without those repeated calls they wouldn't have even looked at till, who knows. More
