TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE—because there is none! I tried three times to enter an appointment on line to get my SUV serviced this morning (11/20/19) and each wouldn’t take. When you press the “book” b I tried three times to enter an appointment on line to get my SUV serviced this morning (11/20/19) and each wouldn’t take. When you press the “book” button—nothing happened. I then tried five times to call the service desk, over an hour-and-half period, in the morning--no one answered the phones. Out of frustration, I left work and drove to the service department only to be told that I should make an appointment online or call them—which, of course, I already tried. They did acknowledge issues with the internet and phone (internet has ALWAYS been a problem in the past for me). The service advisor, Alicia Bradshaw—who is great!--was kind enough to squeeze me in. However, when it was time to pick up my car, the communication nightmare began all over again. I couldn’t get through on the three telephone numbers that I had. When I finally reached the call rep, Alena(sp?), she kept transferring me to a number that would disconnect. After three more times of this, I told her that we’re just not getting anywhere doing the same thing over again. I asked her if she would just walk outside her office and have the service advisor call me. She told me that she couldn’t and that we should just continue what apparently hasn’t been working until someone answers the phone. After yet another three attempts, I finally reached the service desk and I was told the shuttle driver would pick me up soon. However, nearly an hour later, I made several calls again and eventually connected back to Alicia who called the shuttle driver. I could hear the conversation with the driver and it sounded like this was the first contact. I was eventually picked up. And, while paying my bill, I was told the phone issues began three weeks ago and “corporate” hasn’t been able to solve it. C’mon guys, communication is what binds everything you do! Bottom Line: Three failed attempts online and 16 phone calls to get my SUV serviced. 5-stars for Alicia Bradshaw, 5-stars for the actual service to my vehicle, 0-stars (zero) for customer service. My total experience of this business is 2-stars as I gave customer service more weight overall. More
Honda of Hayward is hands down THE BEST! I called about some issues I was having with my car and just like that the next day I was able to take my car in to get looked at and serviced! Robert really took his time to tell me what was going on with my car and made me happy with my decision of bringing in my car to them. It was a long holiday weekend and I was pleased with their service and the timing with my car. Robert kept me updated with what was going on and his team was amazing!!! Not only did they fix my car issue but also WASHED MY CAR! I will always bring my car to Honda of Hayward and recommend them to any and every one I know! Thank you so much Honda of Hayward and keep up the great work! We customers Appreciate great people like you all : ) ! More

I walked in to have my Honda serviced but worried they may not be able to fit in but they were very accommodating and efficient. I was surprised they finished the works just in time as I expected.
