Never again! Extremely disappointed with Honda of Hayward. I took my Honda to have recalls fixed. I decided that I should get an oil change, might as well, turns o Extremely disappointed with Honda of Hayward. I took my Honda to have recalls fixed. I decided that I should get an oil change, might as well, turns out needed an oil pan replacement and wanted to charge me $400 for it! I only needed my oil change, somehow they found something else to be wrong with it. They charged me $195 total to get it temporarily fixed. They always say not to trust dealerships because they want to make more money a sale to up sale, and it turns out, thats a fact! I will never take my vehicle in for any kind of service here! Buyers be ware! More

I love this place! I own an Acura TLX and have my car serviced at Honda Hayward. When I brought my car in to be serviced on Friday, the shuttle had just left for Newark I own an Acura TLX and have my car serviced at Honda Hayward. When I brought my car in to be serviced on Friday, the shuttle had just left for Newark so they called me a Lyft driver to take me home until my car was ready. How awesome is that? Their service advisors are great and really know what they're talking about. I am very pleased with the high level of service that I recieve from Honda Hayward and dont' plan to take my car anywhere else. I told the lady there that the best cusmtomer service I ever received was by Lexus however, Honda Hayward is rivaling them now. More
