Stood Behind Used Vehicle I purchased a 2011 F250 from Hayford about a year ago. There have been no issues with the vehicle until three days before my wife was driving this veh I purchased a 2011 F250 from Hayford about a year ago. There have been no issues with the vehicle until three days before my wife was driving this vehicle across the country. Being a diesel I was not able to find an appointment sooner than two weeks at any dealerships close to my house. When I called everyone was very pleasant however Cory Kyllonen in the service department and Jim Finn in the Finance Department Knocked this out of the park. With now only two days left they not only were able to fix my vehicle ahead of schedule for me they were very helpful along the way. Getting my wife into a loaner car and saving a trip to a horse show my daughter has been looking forward to for quite some time. Thanks Hayford Ford More
