Made an appointment to look at a truck, confirmed via text. Took off work early to drive 45 minutes to dealer to find it was "just sold". We bought a used vehicle from Hayford in Dec 2020. We We bought a used vehicle from Hayford in Dec 2020. We had nothing but trouble with it from the time we purchased it. After installing the engine the oil light kept coming on. They claimed it was the oil sensor. Three different sensors were installed. After each one was installed the oil light came on. We felt there had to be a reason why the sensors weren’t working. Hayford had no explanation and didn’t seem to want to look into it any further. After three months of frustration and added expense, we accepted their offer to buy the vehicle back. We will not be doing business with Hayford nor will we recommend them to anyone. More

Being a diesel I was not able to find an appointment sooner than two weeks at any dealerships close to my house. When I called everyone was very pleasant however Cory Kyllonen in the service department and Jim Finn in the Finance Department Knocked this out of the park. With now only two days left they not only were able to fix my vehicle ahead of schedule for me they were very helpful along the way. Getting my wife into a loaner car and saving a trip to a horse show my daughter has been looking forward to for quite some time. Thanks Hayford Ford More
