I got a great deal from the folks at Hayes and my sales person Jim Cox. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I was looking for and knew that the price was good. Hayes markets themselves as a family dealership and it's real. I feel like they treat people better and count on repeat business. I'd also like to point out the great service program they have where you can accumulate points based on the dollars you spend getting work done. Then, every so often you can use your points to pay for service. I'll admit I haven't read much on it yet, but I figured I'd get all my basic service done there and save up the points for the big 50K or 75K services. Either way it's great because by being a part of the program, their pricing is phenomenal. As good if not better than the "quick lube" type places. Especially with a Hemi and it's 7+ quarts of oil. In case you didn't get it, I am very happy that I chose Hayes, although it feels a lot like they chose me. Great Great experience. More
When approaching Frank to sign in and get an oil change, Frank told me he would be with me in a moment. He continued to do something on the computer for the next 3 minutes. As I waited, not one other sales Frank told me he would be with me in a moment. He continued to do something on the computer for the next 3 minutes. As I waited, not one other sales people, who where not busy, since I was the only customer, asked to help me. Another person walked into the dealership and stood behind me. He waited about 20 second while someone helped him immediately. I stood there for another 2 minutes before another sales person decided to help me. All the while Frank never looked up from his computer and continued to do whatever he was doing. Not sure if I didn't get the respect that a customer should receive becuase I was a women. I would hope that is not the case. As a teacher, I do plan on making it my busy to tell my co-works about this incident as I have already done so. Crysler will never get my or my families businness again. More

This is almost as long as they have be For over 30 years, I have leased, bought and serviced numerous vehicles at Hayes Chrysler in Lawrenceville. This is almost as long as they have been in business. Most recently, on August 20, 2010, I purchased my 300S model which is performing flawlessly. It is the best driving, best looking, best equipped and most comfortable vehicle I've owned yet. I drove my 1999 300M from Hayes until purchasing my 300S last year and the 300M was in mint condition with 104,000 miles. I have continuously used Hayes' service on my vehicles and totally rely on the service personnel to keep my car in top shape, which they have done. The general view is that servicing at dealerships is to "expensive" to use. I have always found Hayes to be very competitive. I buy all my tires there as well as perform all oil changes and 100% of any mechanical work or body repair. I have always been pleased with the purchasing experiences, and I have had quite a few. Most recently, Bob Hughes in Sales made the experience a pleasure again. Hayes Chrysler has so much going for it and every day they provide their customers the benefits and pleasures of dealing with a family business that truly cares about their customers. More

They always take care of my problems. Not only the problems, but routine service. They know what needs done each time. I cannot keep up with it. The Dodge Sprinter (Mercedes) is a very complicated problems, but routine service. They know what needs done each time. I cannot keep up with it. Whenever, I have a question, concern, or problem with my daughter's vehicle, immediately, I would call Hayes Chrysler and asked to speak with Adrian. In most cases, I would begin (after being transferred),"Adrian, this is Mrs. Spencer calling to say I heard this strange sound or my daughter's car is driving rough, what do you think is going on with her car?" Of course, he would asked me a few cars to get a better idea of what's possibly wrong with the car, then he would tell me what made be going and if it's where I need to bring the vehicle in ASAP, he would advise me to do just that. If he is unavailable and assisting another customer, I would leave him a message and he would return my call soon. Throughout my time, I have owned and driven several cars, by different makers, but I must say, the customer service support at Hayes Chrysler, no one could ask for anything better. Not only is my service advisor great, the other fellows in the service department are kind and polite to me as well. Keep up the great work! More
