Went to look at a specific car. Met Mark and was shown the car that I wanted. He was will to stay late to allow me to test drive it. We declined, and came back in the morning. Mark met me at the door with the car that I wanted. He was will to stay late to allow me to test drive it. We declined, and came back in the morning. Mark met me at the door with keys in hand, ready to go. Loved the car, had no hassles with the paper work, no pressure, and no problems. Over all it was the easiest car buying experience I have had. Before I go into details here, I would like to say that Joe Anninos seems like a nice guy and I am putting a recommendation on improving your customer experience, and get people using your service departme Joe Anninos seems like a nice guy and I am putting a recommendation on improving your customer experience, and get people using your service department (which I will not use, even though its close to my house). Let me recap my transaction and then go into the recommendation. Joe was extremely helpful the day my Jeep arrived and tried to salvage this experience, and the Jeep itself helped heal the situation. 1.) I preordered a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I put down $1k with a written agreement that I would get the American Express Zag network price (which all 3 of your Hayes Chrysler Jeep Dealerships are a part of). This Zag pricing is no haggle and is extremely straight forward and available for anyone to see. 2.) Amex Zag pricing came out about 3.5 weeks prior to me getting my Jeep. The price was there for everyone to see, and I even emailed Joe to let him know. 3.) My Jeep arrived 7/23, and I didn't receive one update from Joe during the 2 month waiting period, I actually emailed and he responded. I was in no way a high maintenance customer, I only emailed him 4 different times during the 2 months. (There were several exchanges during those 4 times). Joe was aware that I had all of my paper work, my check from the credit union, and insurance. I arrive, and nothing is ready to go. He has no idea of the price of Amex Zag or how it works. Another gentlemen in your office was responsible for this. As it turns out, 2 of the 3 dealerships had pricing, Lawrenceville did not. (Why am I sitting down in your dealership without anyone knowing this prior). I was going to walk because at first the price was not going to be honored. I explained to them, that I could go home, put the order in, and go pick the Jeep up from Gainesville with no issue or reorder the Jeep this way. The "Zag" guy comes back with another price that does not match the Gainesville store, again what is this? We had an agreement, why am I haggling? I ended up paying $250 more than the ZAG price because he said they wouldn't go any further and Joe even stated he couldn't talk to him anymore. Well guess what.... - This $250 cost you entire credibility for future business with me - I won't be using your service department - I bought a lifetime power train warranty from another dealership after explaining what happened to me, and that I just bought a new Jeep. (I am sure you make about $200 on this alone) - I bought $1200 worth of Mopar accessories from another dealership after explaining to Joe in an email that I had some things I was interested in and wanted to see how much you guys would charge to get them installed. Never got any response on that. This insignificant $260 cost you A LOT of immediate business as noted above and left an bad taste in my mouth about your dealership. Here are some suggestions. 1. When someone preorders a vehicle, give them an update once a week on any progress or possibly every other week. Keep in touch with them, anyone preordering is really excited about their vehicle and little things like this go a long way. People who order Jeeps will give you business especially if you make the experience enjoyable. An email takes 2 minutes, checking a status on the vehicle takes less than a minute, is this too much to ask for? 2. When you have a written agreement, honor it. Why nickel and dime here? Is it worth it? 3. When someone has their xxxx together, don't wait to they get there to get paperwork and details organized. Its unprofessional, and shows a lack of responsibility and understanding of someone else's time. (Especially when you are aware they are coming 24 hours in advance) 4. Your most popular vehicle is the Jeep Wrangler. You should know all about it, there is no excuse for me to know more about features and options than the sales person. I work in customer service, and am passionate about the experience, and long term value it brings. In addition, I have 1 (possibly 2 within 12 months) friend that will be getting a 2012 Jeep, there is no way they will end up at your dealership. (Again this goes back to $260 on a $38k Jeep that your Zag rep was pretty much a snake, but ultimately that is Joe's fault for not having a discussion before I got there) More
This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only would I go back again, but I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to make a purchase. ever had purchasing a vehicle. The purchase of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x2, marks the 5th brand new vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime. Out of all my experiences with dealerships and salesmen, dealing with Bob Hughes at marks the 5th brand new vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime. Out of all my experiences with dealerships and salesmen, dealing with Bob Hughes at Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Lawrenceville was the best of them all. Both Bob and Dusty Hayes (Sales Manager) contacted me through emails and phone calls, but neither left me feeling pressured into anything. When I visited the dealership, I still had that feeling of no pressure and confidence that I was talking with individuals who actually knew the vehicles they were selling. Darius Jackson (Business Manager) is another great individual at Hayes, who keeps you feeling relaxed while taking you financial details of your purchase. I highly recommend Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Lawrenceville! More

Great experience overall with my new truck purchase. No pressure, no games, great price. My initial contact with the dealer was via the internet as I was internet shopping/comparing. Unlike several other pressure, no games, great price. My initial contact with the dealer was via the internet as I was internet shopping/comparing. Unlike several other dealers, Hayes was quick to reply to my internet queries, and straigtforward and considerate with their communications. When visiting the dealership to test drive and take a closer look, they were equally as good to work with. Hayes has also done a good job in following up with me since the sale. I am perfectly satisfied with my experience with Hayes and have no regrets since my purchase. More
I have been to both the Gainesville and Lawrenceville Hayes dealerships to look at a specific kind of Jeep Liberty. Both places were very helpful, and no-pressure sales. After shopping around at a lot Hayes dealerships to look at a specific kind of Jeep Liberty. Both places were very helpful, and no-pressure sales. After shopping around at a lot of places, I was able to get the Jeep I was looking for at almost $4,000 under Blue Book value. Because of this, I was able to get the extended warranty as well. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would refer friends to them. Thanks Fred! More
