My vehicle was dropped off after hours on 1/26/24 to be diagnosed for a Check Engine Light throwing multiple codes and a Multi point inspection. Dealership had it all day until close on 1/27/24 and we were diagnosed for a Check Engine Light throwing multiple codes and a Multi point inspection. Dealership had it all day until close on 1/27/24 and we were advised it could be picked up. 1. The RO stated 1 code not multiple and the multi point inspection was never went over just written as 7mm in front and 5 mm in back which wasn't accurate as I will post those photos as well nor did we discuss that lights were out you would think on an inspection that would be an easy catch. I called the service manager and expressed my concerns on 1/29/24 and he stated he wasn't aware of a second code but to call him back and we could discuss. By 2-2-24 Me and the other person had attempted to call the service manager back over 11 times so I leave work early to go talk to the service manager. At this point it became very clear what and whom the problem was Ted Hayes and an issue he has with a former employee who dropped MY vehicle off so instead of refusing service which he has the right to do he choose to be unethical and take payment for a service that wasn't provided and clearly had no intention of correcting it. It did end up at another Dodge dealership a few days later with a complete different diagnosis. So here I am on Google and next will be yelp,facebook, Bbb and of course Hayes comes 1st on that building but it does operate under the Chrysler logo. More

After I had my old truck in for service just around thanksgiving 2023, I thought I would take another look at a 2019 RAM 1500 BIGHORN that I saw on the website, Next, I headed over to the used sales department with my wife where I met Abez who treated me like family from that moment on. He showed us every feature the truck had to offer and then we took the test drive which I was able to test the handling and drivability which made me feel comfortable. The sales and finance managers were no different! When all the paper were signed Abez took me over and spotted things I had missed, and they later replaced the windshield with a brand new one and then a week later even fixed a clog they found in the windshield washer pump. When he said they were serious about taking care of their customers I can honestly say they aren't just saying that they prove with their actions. THANK YOU SO MUCH! More

I brought my Jeep in to Hayes CDJR Lawrenceville for a bad coolant leak. Daniel Deadwyler was the service advisor handling my case. He charged me $211 for a diagnosis to my vehicle that was false. He claimed I had a faulty thermostat that would cost over $900 to repair. I declined. Turns out, the water inlet pipe was tampered with from a different dealership I’d been to prior. My bumper to bumper warranty expired and it was obvious why he tried to uncharged the case. I will never bring my business to this dealership ever again, they have dishonest employees who takes advantage of people.. More

BUYERS BEWARE! ! We had a 2011 Ram that wouldn't start so we had it towed to Hayes after we called to see if they would take it. 4 days later they call and say its a ! Daniel in service had sales contact us and we wound up buying a CPO truck for over $40k. We're leaving after signing the docs and our son says "I left some stuff in the old truck" so we go to get it. We're told by service it's $109.00 to get our personal items out of the truck. They refuse to give us access until we pay. Sales manager refuses to do anything since we've already signed and obviously dont care about us now. We never signed a work order, were never told about a charge, had no prior knowledge that there would be a charge and if we hadn't remembered to get stuff out would have never had to pay. They said take it or leave it so I left it, bought a better jeep at a lower rate in Greer, South Carolina. No garbage games with the finance manager like at Hayes. The general sales manager is Stephen Weatherly, he must be family or something because he has no skill to hold that position. He has two other incompetent people under him named John Quante and David Van Wyen, if you hear any of these names, please walk away. Also quick tip, don't buy your Mopar extended warranty from here either. It's overpriced and you can shop your warranty at other dealers. There's a few that are known for giving the best deals possible and it can all be handled over the phone. You'll save thousands compared to what Hayes tries to push. More
