I actually live in Cumming and tried the Dodge dealer out here but they wouldn't work with us on our trade in. We had done our homework and knew a good ballpark trade in price and they wouldn't even come clo here but they wouldn't work with us on our trade in. We had done our homework and knew a good ballpark trade in price and they wouldn't even come close (even after they had told me that they needed good trade ins) So we left and called Hayes Dodge (they had the exact Durango I wanted) and spoke with Fred Sharp. He didn't promise anything but certainly sounded like they would be able to do better. So we took the hour drive over on Saturday evening. We didn't get to Hayes until 5pm and they close at 6pm. Since we had done a lot of searching and had a lot of the facts in hand we were able to work out a deal and complete the paperwork and actually drive off the lot by 6:15pm. Now if you have ever bought a new car before you will know that to get it done in about an hour is nearly impossible. We were highly impressed with everyone involved. Now for the one thorn in the side so to speak. Since I had been all through the Dodge website I knew that the Durango we purchased was suppose to have Sirius Travel Link & Traffic. After many phone calls to both the dealership & Sirius no one could tell me why mine didn't have it. I had to travel back out to the dealership for their service manger to call Mopar with my VIN to finally find out that about 1000 Dodge's with the same radio got the wrong software download. Now I'm having to wait until Dodge sends me a disc to update my radio. Not the best experience but it could be much worse. I love my Durango so this minor issue can be overlooked (for now - hope it doesn't take them months to send me a simple disc in the mail). More
