Amazing Experience; I had been in a bad car accident and was shopping to replace my vehicle. I went to several dealerships, to review and test drive their inventory. Without knowing the stressful time that I was going through, Hayes Chrysler was extremely accomendating and professional from the word "Hello". The staff (Wes) was very knowledgeable about the inventory and Chris was patient during her explaination of paperwork and recommended what options would best suit me...The Customer. It felt so right, that I couldn't go home until I bought my car. Even though I arrived 30mins before closing, they stayed late and never once made me feel uncomfortable.
