I have been haveing my car(s) serviced/purchased and have been happy with their service and their working with me till I was satisfied with the repair/service. They have also answered questions when a proble been happy with their service and their working with me till I was satisfied with the repair/service. I used to go to Huntsville, AL, where I purchsed my car, until gas got so expensive a couple of years ago. I started then going to Hayes and have been very pleased. I have been looking for a truck for my and I saw one on cars.com that they just got in and I reached out to them and once I spoke to Dave i knew i wanted to do business with them if everything worked out. cars.com that they just got in and I reached out to them and once I spoke to Dave i knew i wanted to do business with them if everything worked out. I asked for a little more information and also a couple more photos and Dave was able to send them over to me and at that time my wife and I drove out to meet with them. At that time we were greeted by Dave and the truck was pulled up and ready to go. My Wife loved Dave and the truck and it was a done deal from there. I thought it was very nice of Dave to bring the manager Dusty over to speak with us during the down time of the paper work. Everyone says that buy a car is hard but i have to say this was the easiest and best buying process ever. Start to finish we were in and out in less than two hours with a great truck and great service. More

However, THE REASON for making this purchase from Hayes was my past experience with your service department's Mr. Greg Simpson. Greg assisted me several times in the past resolving issues with the 2006 Caravan which I traded. He also was of great help to my daughter-in law recently in her "time of need".
