Had radiator fan replacement under Warranty. I didn't understand the 25 miles put on the car or 1/4 of tank of gas that was used. They didn't give me a good reason. The radiator fan was making a noise by just seating and running with AC on max. I use to have an automotive repair shop and I wouldn't have driven it 25 miles to have realized it needed replaced.Motor or drivetrain problems possibly yes. The work was done and working and I'm ok with that but the other I'm not. I bought my car from Rick Hendrick Dodge Duluth,Ga . I had problems of them keeping my car over 3 months to have repairs done and had to call Charlotte to get results. I leave in Gainesville and I felt I would get better service here. More

We were traveling on Highway 365 during a downpour. One of our windshield wipes broke and we were close to Hayes. Had a recall on my Jeep Cherokee, since then my car would shut off, wouldn't go into gear etc. I called them told them they said it wasn't their fault. 4 months later I was driving with kids in car and Jeep shut off, wouldn't go into gear etc. I called them told them they said it wasn't their fault. 4 months later I was driving with kids in car and Jeep xxxxs off and gives me dash message of same issue the recall was for(and suppose to have been updated or fixed) I called dealership the customer service said it wouldn't be till 8 days for them to see it I got it towed there, 6 days later they called and said it was a loose connection that couldn't be accessed unless someone was actually disabling wires. Which the recall was an update electronically, where they plugged the computer to the wires which was loose. 200$ later I got my car, with no gas, no windshield wiper fluid and 2 tires 15 psi lower..not sure what or where my car went but I will try another location from here on out. Shady place. More
