Will never use their service department again After three visits I found the service reps to be near useless, they would rather talk to each other than the customer. They diagnosed our 2012 Duran After three visits I found the service reps to be near useless, they would rather talk to each other than the customer. They diagnosed our 2012 Durango to need spark plugs and one coil pack. Several hundred dollars and three days later the light is back on. Took it to another Dodge dealer (Hayes in Lawrenceville) and found it was a valve that was not sealing and it was an issue Dodge knew about and have an extended warranty to replace the head, even though it has 142,000 miles. Other Dodge dealer fixed it at no cost to me. More

Was picked up and taken to enterprise only to be told I needed to pay a deposit for car and either buy rental insurance or use my own Insurance. Major turn off! Called 2 hrs after I dropped vehicle off to be told it could be tomorrow before it’s ready. Called 5 hours after I dropped it off and was told it was done. I returned to dealership only to find cashier didn’t have paperwork, service advisor said he put in basket. 20 mins later my paperwork was found and we left. More

Fantastic!!!! Even though I bought my Jeep at Troncalli. I had a bad experience with their service, so I changed to Hayes and have been going to Hayes with Brian be Even though I bought my Jeep at Troncalli. I had a bad experience with their service, so I changed to Hayes and have been going to Hayes with Brian being my service advisor for the past 15,000 miles. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Brian is a very awesome,caring person with a great personality and will do everything he can to make your experience great. He’s always working my car in to work with my schedule. I will continue going here and will never go to Troncalli agin nor will I buy a car from them as well. More

With other service centers, it seems there were more problems with my vehicle when I left than when I arrived, but not with Hayes Chrysler! Each time I have visited, I drove away in a Jeep I knew was well taken care of. The prices of service are very fair, and the customer service is exceptional! More

We said that was not a problem. We would just hang around town. We were told we would be called if it got done any sooner. We arrived back at 2 in the afternoon to find out that our truck hadn't even been taken in yet! And the excuse......they were very busy! No one called us to tell us the shop was behind! No apologies!! Five minutes after we went to speak to a manager(who never did show up) our truck was going into the shop! We asked them to bring it out and we left! We HAD been doing business here for over 20 years, but no more! Poor management, poor professionalism, and exceptionally poor customer service! More

Only disappointment was they they did the rotation they didn’t check tire pressure so I had to add air to tires. Should have been an easy thing to check. All and all not to bad of a job. More

We drove quite a long way and were facing a 3 to 4 hour service time so they rented us a vehicle to shop and eat lunch while there. Preformed recall and fixed the issue with the power steering. The whole experience was easy, painless, and very reasonably priced. Would take my vehicle and business back there in the future. A big thanks to all the staff who assisted us that day! More

Another afternoon visit with the Service Center! Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in to have headlights installed. Arrived at 1:00 pm and left the dealership at 4:45 pm. This is how long it took to install 2 low-beam replacement bulbs. The service advisor seemed rude, short with my questions, very rushed, to busy to deal with me, and no one else was helpful either. There was only one car ahead of me when I arrived, and 3 cars behind me. They all were fixed with worse issues than mine before my car was looked at. I was the last customer to leave the service center building! There were 2 or 3 customers that just at random, came in while my car was just sitting and waiting to be worked on and they fixed all the other walk-in car repairs first. What in the heck is up with these people. Also, upon leaving the dealership, it was beginning to get dark. So I turned on the headlights during my travel home and I couldn't see a foot in front of me, mush less the other cars. The service technician had installed the new low-beam light wrong and it was so dangerous that I pulled the car over and let everyone else pass. So I am headed back there again on a Saturday to spend another day with them trying to figure out what the heck they did to my lights. Extremely bad technician service and awful service advisor service. This is my 3rd or 4th trip to this dealership with the same basic results every time, but with different issues. I would not recommend using this dealership, ever!!! More
