I bought my Ram 2500 from Hayes but, went to Jacky Jones in Cleveland for service because it's the clo Hayes service department goes above and beyond. I bought my Ram 2500 from Hayes but, went to Jacky Jones in Cleveland for service because it's the closest dealership to me. Took my truck there several time but the issues never were fixed correctly or making an excuse why they could not fix or correct the problems from brake squealing, UConnect radio update, to tire alignment. With Hayes of Baldwin all the issues were taken care of. Hayes had the brake pads replaced due to the squealing. They were able to update my radio while Jacky Jones could not. Received 2 new front tires due to excessive wear due to alignment issues all were covered under warranty. VERY SATISFIED with HAYES of BALDWIN and will buy and have my vehicles serviced there well into the future. More
