I traded in my gently u ****WARNING!!!**** On September 3, 2021, I purchased a Dodge Charger from Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Baldwin, Georgia. I traded in my gently used one year old Hyundai Elantra, and received a little less than what I owed. I did not argue or fight the amount, because I wanted the Charger so badly. I worked with the salesmen who gave me an estimate of monthly payment of my new car. Here again, I also did not argue or try to negotiate any pricing because I wanted the Charger so badly. Everyone in the dealership was very nice and professional. My personal salesman followed up the next day and kept in contact for several days after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. SIX days after driving off the lot, a quarter-sized white spec appeared on my rear passenger wheel. Upon a closer look, the actual paint had come off! I had not been through any type of car wash or hit anything. I immediately contacted Hayes where I was told they would send pictures to Corporate and then they would decide what to do next. Within a few days, this is exactly what I was told they did. I watched as they took pictures of the wheel missing paint. I had researched Dodge forums on the internet and found that many people had this same occurrence on their wheels, sometimes it was fixed and sometimes it wasn’t. I printed out all of the receipts I had with reference to other cars doing the same. I gave Hayes the paperwork when I arrived, to which they said they did not need it. Weeks and weeks passed with absolutely no feedback. I would contact my sales rep and get a “They are still looking into it” response. I finally called the Repair department myself, to which he said that my salesman should have told me they can not do anything about it. I WAS NOT HAPPY that I had to figure this information out on my own. I told my salesman that I would most likely have to find a paint color to match my wheels, and did not receive any help doing so. I had to find and guess at a matching color to a rim (which they do not make)! A few weeks later, my front spoiler kit broke off in during a heavy rainstorm. I contacted Hayes to which they said they were sorry it happened and did not try to help me get it fixed. I went home and took the rest off myself. I purchased a new one for a little less than $100. November 28, 2021, a little less than 3 months later, my car did not start. I noticed it had gotten slow to crank but I figured it had to do with the colder weather. After leaving my car for a few days over the holidays, having not drove, it barely cranked up. I drove to an O’Reilly Auto Part store where they checked my car and found a bad battery. I had to purchase a new battery ($171.00) for a car I have had less than 3 months! In hindsight, I suppose I should have checked over the car more thoroughly instead of relying on the car dealership to do so. I do not plan to buy another car from this particular dealership, nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone. I do not even plan to get my car serviced here, as I cannot trust the team. I have spent almost $300 in repairs already!!!!!!!!! More

This is my second purchase from Hayes of Baldwin and more specifically Ron! Both times were absolutely amazing!!!!! I hate car shopping and Ron made the experience so much better!
