I Live in Brooklyn NY & h I have no words of the Service i received at HAWTHORNE CHEVROLET, from the minute i walked in to my 4th visit to Hawthorne. I Live in Brooklyn NY & happened to drive by, with an issue with my 2016 Suburban AC, as you can imagine its 98 degree outside, already visited 3 dealer's in NYC all telling me 1) i need an appointment 2) the part is back ordered, for 4-6 weeks. I passed Hawthorne, some amazing person by the name of Brooke, ran towards me, asking me what she can do for me, I said my AC isn't working, & waiting, She said she will check the system, after waiting about 20 minutes she comes gets me at the waiting room, telling me there is Good news & bad News, good news they have a part but it will be ready tomorrow & the bad news that she does have A loaner but its not brand new BUT THE AC is amazing in the loaner, I REPLIED those 2 are GREAT NEWS, ANY HOW, i was treated there with Golden Hands, i really appreciate everything & A special thanks to Brooke, I RECOMMEND EVERYONE from NJ & NYC to use them. Liars When I leased my vehicle I was told that it came with 2 years free maintenance. That was a lie. My recent visit for my third oil change cost me over $60. When I mentioned the 2 years free maintenance I was informed by the service manager that 2 years maintenance only means 2 oil changes. I (and anybody who asks me about about Hawthorne Chevy) will never deal with them again. More
