Air Bag Sensor indicator light I had been in a few weeks earlier to have my airbag sensor light fixed. I was told at the time that the part would have to be ordered. The service I had been in a few weeks earlier to have my airbag sensor light fixed. I was told at the time that the part would have to be ordered. The service person ordered the part and called me to let me know that the part was in house about a week later. I made an appointment for this service to be completed. I waited about an hour before I was told that the repair would take some time and that I would be given a loaner car. My thought--why make me wait an hour to tell me that the repair was going to take an extended period. I was given an old beat up Chevy Impala with over 100,000 miles. It had damage to both the front and rear bumpers, the inside of the car was dirty. But what was I to do? I took the loaner and about 5 hours later I was called and told that the repair was completed. A technician should know how long a repair will take. My thought is that the part that was ordered was given to someone else and that the part for my car had to be picked up and installed. I good part of my day was consumed driving back and forth from the dealership. More

Apparently, the rim that was ordered by Mike Rivera, was for a spare tire, not the tire that was removed from the car . Thanks to Steve Kochan, who was very helpful, he will be ordering a spare tire kit that I will be able to fit in my car. More

The service was fast and efficient, but see below. When I came to pick up, there were two people in the cashier's room. One person was working with someone ahead of me on line and the other was workin When I came to pick up, there were two people in the cashier's room. One person was working with someone ahead of me on line and the other was working on the computer. The person ahead of me had an involved problem and after I waited about five minutes with no one even acknowledging my presence, I asked if the other person could check me out. She did, but both people acted like it was an imposition. Also, when I dropped the car off, I told the service technician that last time I had been there, the display panel had been left with the oil life icon on and I could not remove it, even after reading the manual. He promised to show me how to do it when I returned. When I picked up the car, the tire pressure icon was on and I asked the gentleman at the podium to help me remove it. He could not do so and asked my technician for help. My technician came out and solved the problem, but again acting like this was an imposition. More
