First service visit to Chevrolet Went for an oil change. The wait time for the service wasn't too long but the waiting area was subpar; coffee machine was broken. This was my first experience with getting a car serviced at Chevrolet and it does not compare to the great services that I always received at Mazda, Nissan, Infiniti and Toyota over my lifetime. More

Recall visit Equinox had to come in for recall. I was surprised that no one was in the garage to greet me for about 5 minutes. Manager was friendly and efficient a Equinox had to come in for recall. I was surprised that no one was in the garage to greet me for about 5 minutes. Manager was friendly and efficient and got psuper work completed quickly. Repair took less time than I was told it would take. When I was told my car was ready, it took a little time for the mechanics to find it so I could leave. This experience was unlike any previous experiences. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication in the garage area. Everything else was okay. More
