Service to change the leaking lower oil pan The service was good. Since they couldnt complete the fix in one day, they had arranged for a loaner on time. They have also dropped me off at work us The service was good. Since they couldnt complete the fix in one day, they had arranged for a loaner on time. They have also dropped me off at work using their shuttle in the morning, which was very useful. One area of service could have been better was that they gave me the loaner with less than full gas (that's not the issue), and I returned it with more gas than what the loaner came with. But I was still charged extra at a premium rate for the gas. Apparently their records indicated that the loaner was full on gas. This left a negative taste, because I made an effort to to stop by a gas station to fill to the extent that they gave me with. More

Mike Lohwin & Steve Kochan repaired my drivers door lock. Mike Lohwin has worked on 4 of my cars over the last 15 years. A 1994 Buick with 185,000 miles, the 2008 Cobalt had 118,000 miles, and my two current Mike Lohwin has worked on 4 of my cars over the last 15 years. A 1994 Buick with 185,000 miles, the 2008 Cobalt had 118,000 miles, and my two current vehicles, a 1993 Corvette has 70,000 miles, and my 2014 Impala has 42,000. Mike is the best, and I do NOT want anyone else to work on either car. I never had an issue with your service dept., Steve & staff have always been very helpful. Worries disregarded When I spoke to the advisor I told her I had a worry about my trunk latch not catching. She told me the technician checked everything and nothing was When I spoke to the advisor I told her I had a worry about my trunk latch not catching. She told me the technician checked everything and nothing was wrong that maybe a blanket I had laid in the back was the reason. The problem was there long before the blanket was and I always made sure it wasn’t in the way. I will be taking it to another dealership for a second opinion because of course I went that same day food shopping and my dashboard was reading the latch as opened when I had closed it and nothing was in the way. Brooke was helpful when I asked her about scratches on my truck and even took some chipped paint I had on it off for me. Also I had a remote start kit and I had to call the next day to ask how to use it because it wasn’t explained and I had forgot to ask. Also any work done on my truck other wise wasn’t explained. I had to check on the work paper if the tires were rotated and everything was checked. More
