I wanted an oil change, my front hubcap seems to be loose and my check engine light had flashed on two occasions since my last visit. I know they were busy (the service guy made sure I knew that) so I only got a desperately needed oil change done and made an appointment for the other things in two weeks, on a weekday. I would have thought that at the very least they would have run the diagnostics on the check engine light issue. You would have thought that I was not the source of the company's income, but a pest of some kind. I felt they didn't want customers on a Saturday. The oil change was fine and the lady who made a new appointment for me was great -- very helpful and willing to take the time to assist. More

Ever since I have had them doing that, the Traverse has run perfectly and is optimally maintained. I do not need to worry about anthing, since they keep track. The Service bay is very clean! More

I was sent a confirmation email as well as a reminder the day before. When I arrived, the service center was obviously very busy, but I was checked in quickly. There's a good wifi signal in the waiting room as well as free coffee and comfortable chairs, so hanging around was no problem. I waited about an hour and 10 minutes for my car to be finished, which, considering how busy the place was, was not unreasonable to me. Steve my service rep, and the cashier (didn't get her name, sorry) were both polite and professional in their dealings with me- they explained everything to me about the service I received, what the costs would be, etc- so I was kept well informed as to what was going on the whole time I was there. So to review; it was easy to make my service appointment, the staff treated me professionally, and the wait was of reasonable length in a comfortable place. I'm very satisfied with this experience. More
