10/21 Booked on-line a service appt for 8 am Mon, rcvd a call saying cant do 8 am but 9 am is good, np. Bring a 2024 Suburban Z in for oil & tire rotation. Was told there is a software update also, shud tak call saying cant do 8 am but 9 am is good, np. Bring a 2024 Suburban Z in for oil & tire rotation. Was told there is a software update also, shud take hr, hr and a half, so I wait. At 11:45 my truck comes out (more than 2 1/2 hrs later)! Mechanic gets out of truck and says, "Software update didnt take". My info screen is blank! Im already over an hr late for an appt, so I take the truck and lv. The attached photo pops up & I fixed myself following directions. Haw Chevy service is a sh*tshow, no updates & no communication during service. Now I read a lady went thru same issue last week with oil change. Dont waste ur time replying since u made no effort to fix ur service dept oil change timing after last complaint. 10/23 This gets better, they called me yesterday and asked why I missed my appt! More

I brought in for service my 2019 Chevy Bolt Premier to replace two damaged tire sensors. At more than 90,000 miles, my Chevrolet Bolt is working very well because of the service I have received at Hawthorne Chevrolet over the years. All the service members are very friendly, informative, and accommodative. While I waited, I was able to charge my phone and perform work in the comfortable waiting area. As long as I have a Chevrolet vehicle, I will bring it to Hawthorne Chevrolet for them to keep it in top, long lasting shape. More
