I went to hawthorne to get a remote start put in my truck. I had a problem after I brought it home. They called the installer and he came to my house and fixed the problem. Dealer damaged my car and never told me. Blamed Towing Co, after seeing seeing the video of my car coming off toe truck it was not damaged. Had to fight with over a month to get care repaired. I purchased a 2009 malibu lt brand new from this dealership. (My sixth vehicle purchased from them) The vehicle has 15k miles and i have been dealing with COUNTLESS rattles squeaks, and noises. I have had it back numerous times, I have gone on countless road tests with the service manager, technicians, and service advisors each and every time having them acknowledge the concerns. With no results and numerous parts replaced. I feel like they lately they have had my vehicle longer then I have. Multiple items have been replaced to no resolution. Despite being ignored by the owner(Steven Barna) who after leaving numerous messages I finally cornered in the showroom. Show NO care or concern Laughing stated "what do you expect it has 15k miles its not a brand new vehicle anymore"... I think his attitude is extremely poor and due to the fact he Inherited the dealership,He really has no knowledge or skills of how to run it. Its a shame that such a well known name as Hawthorne Chevy Is so poorly run from the top of the ladder right down. I DEFINITELY would never recommend this dealership to anyone even my worst enemy.
