After a less-than-spectacular experience at a different dealership, I came to Hawthorne feeling fairly fed up with the car-buying experience. That quickly changed. The staff at Hawthorne were friendly and informative. Unlike other dealerships I had visited, Hawthorne's staff actually gave the impression that they wanted to satisfy the customer. My salesman was Andre Yulfo and he was a pleasure to work with (so was GM Thomas Pasquazi). All in all, my Hawthorne Chevrolet experience was a thoroughly satisfying one. I won't hesitate to return when I'm ready to make another purchase. More
