2017 Tahoe LTZ ( Hawthorne Chevy ) I would like to say that i finally enjoyed car shopping for the first time in a long time. My salesperson, John Dingertopadre was most likely the best I would like to say that i finally enjoyed car shopping for the first time in a long time. My salesperson, John Dingertopadre was most likely the best sales person i have come in contact over all my years of purchasing cars. I would like to point out that i have purchased numerous Mercedes, Jaguars,Lexus ,Range Rovers and Fords over my life time and John was the most knowledgeable and professional among all those sales people that represented those auto manufacturers that i just mentioned. He was honest and trustworthy which made the experience that much better. I have since recommended 2 friends who share the same thoughts. Also, I received the best price which translated to a few thousand dollars in additional savings right off the start without the haggling effect. I would highly recommend Hawthorne Chevrolet as a dealer and more so John Dingertopadre as a salesperson., it was finally a great shopping experience for a car. Eric S More

Frustrated I will never send anyone to this dealership . They are holding our $500 deposit on a vehicle that we are not taking anymore. Yes!! it was a special or I will never send anyone to this dealership . They are holding our $500 deposit on a vehicle that we are not taking anymore. Yes!! it was a special order vehicle, but we are not taking the vehicle. Does not give you the right to keep our $500 refundable deposit. I'm not going to give a whole story but just letting everyone know this dealership does not deserve any business . Also as for Steve Barna for no reply at all tells me a lot about how you deal with your customers. More

Unethical Dealership Please, never use this dealer. My elderly mother was taken advantage of when this dealer talked her out of her current lease, and into purchasing her Please, never use this dealer. My elderly mother was taken advantage of when this dealer talked her out of her current lease, and into purchasing her car. We spoke with the dealer on reversing the purchase, and they said they would if the bank (GM Financial) allows it. GM Financial approved reversing the purchase and putting my mother back in her lease, but then the dealer went back on their word and does not want to help out a confused mother. Steve Barna and his team should be ashamed of themselves and no one should ever give them any business. More
