Fastest hassle free car buying experience ! I went into the dealer prepared to purchase the specific Equinox that I did along with a pre approved car loan. I ended up getting my Equinox for $300 I went into the dealer prepared to purchase the specific Equinox that I did along with a pre approved car loan. I ended up getting my Equinox for $300 less and was given a .50% less rate on my car loan. The vehicle was preped as promised the following day and the finance closing process took about 7 minutes and I was handed a memory stick with all the copies of my documents instead of an envelope of papers. "GREAT JOB GUYS" for continuing a Meyer's family tradition of excellent customer service! More

John Dingertopadre was phenomenal. He was very knowledable & personable. It was a tough deal but he made it happen. Excellent experience!!! We have been to many car dealers in the past, I can honestly say that Hawthorne Chevrolet was a pleasure and a welcome change. No pressure to buy, whe We have been to many car dealers in the past, I can honestly say that Hawthorne Chevrolet was a pleasure and a welcome change. No pressure to buy, when we asked them to give us a few days to think about everything they offered. They actually did, all other dealers would call several times a day and pressure you to make the deal. To us that meant alot. John Dinger was great and very knowledgeable. The service department had the car prepared beautifully. Rich in the business department had our paperwork ready and waiting for us. When you think of buying a car you pretty much know you' ll be there for hours, not here. In total we were there about 90 minutes. We will absolutely recommend Hawthorne Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car. More
