My husband has leased 2 vehicles from Hawthorne and I switched over to them for my most recent lease after a horrible experience at another dealership. Most recently I was on the fence about leasing a 5t switched over to them for my most recent lease after a horrible experience at another dealership. Most recently I was on the fence about leasing a 5th Traverse, or financing out my existing one which I really loved (and got from Hawthorne 3 years ago in an equally excellent transaction). Bobby helped us crunch numbers and within less than an hour I was driving away in my now OWNED 2021, as I was able to buy out my lease. Very happy with the whole experience and when I'm ready for the next one, I will absolutely be back. Also, ALL of my service happens at Hawthorne - I have willingly gone out of my way for a great service experience and will continue to do so. More
