4 visits and several issue still exist. Car was leaking water I was told it was fix. And it’s still leaking water. I brought it in also because is the brakes squeaking. As they pull the car around to tell me the issue was fix, you can hear the car squeaking and they tried to tell me the car was good. Service department has poor communication to the customer. Terrible. I would never buy from here again. More

Al gave a very friendly greeting, we spoke about my new vehicle & he asked if there were any issues other then the first oil change. I explained about the spare tire being upside down, it had to be lowered vehicle & he asked if there were any issues other then the first oil change. Which time this last time was Al. I am tired of being told to make yet another service appointment for the car play WHICH HAS NOT WORKED SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. THREE TIMES I HAVE HAD IT THERE and every time it's just sluffed off and I'm told to make another appointment. I'm going to try Paramus Chevrolet perhaps they care more about customer service.
