I had my oil changed in August and Hawthorne Chevrolet put on the receipt 5 qts of oil. I drove cross country and had my oil changed at Henderson NV Chevrolet and they charged me for 5 quarts. I had my oil changed the other day at Hawthorne and they charged me for 6 quarts. 5 quarts brings my level to full and adding .3 quart makes no difference. I will not go back to Hawthorne Chevrolet because they lost my trust. I was seriously looking at trading in my 2020 Equinox and buying a new Malibu. I will look at another Chevrolet dealer and switch my service to Quality Chevrolet in Englewood for my 2024 Equinox.
