Erica of Hawkins reached out to me soon after inquiring about their Chevy Bolt. I asked if the car had a DCFC and whether or not its batteries have been replaced as part of GM's recall. She wasn't sure and said a rep would get back to me immediately. The rep never called but she checked back with me. The customer service (Erica) was great. Too bad the rep never followed through. She said she would inform management of the situation. This dealership seems ok, at least through email. I suspect their employees either don't know much about EVs or they don't want to talk about the battery situation unless it's face-to-face. I honestly wouldn't blame them if that were the case. It's got to be challenging selling a car with a potential fire hazard. It's possible they can't even get the batteries replaced because GM has run out. I would still recommend them simply for the fact they're will to take the risk of selling these awesome EVs that need a bit of TLC. I went to purchase a new Colorado. I was told the vehicle would arrive in about a week. It took 2 months. Then, I had to pay $55 more per month for it because they said the company offers had chang vehicle would arrive in about a week. It took 2 months. I showed up for them to fix it, and I was told to come back a week later because the guy who fixes them left for the day. When I came back to get the dents removed, there was another issue. I had to bring it back a third time to get everything resolved. I wish I would have walked away. More

After searching on the internet and visiting several dealers, Josh was not only able to match the lowest price, but he also gave me the best trade in price on my vehicle. He didn't have the exact truck I wanted but was able to find me one from another dealer. I would suggest that if your in need of a used or new Chevrolet, that you shop around for the best deal. Regardless of where you find it, give Hawkins a chance to beat it. I know you'll feel good you did !!!! More

Bumper to bumper not bumper to bumper Bought my Cruze in June. Took it in for a tire issue, rim is cracked, probably from a pothole this is PA after all. Found out it’s not covered by the 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that I had about 2000 miles left on. To me bumper to bumper means the entire car but I guess that’s just me. More

My visit to Hawkins Chevrolet was "Informative". I took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. While the services were being performed I looked at the new model vehicles and all I took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. While the services were being performed I looked at the new model vehicles and all questions I had were answered. I was most interested in the new Equinox and took time to look carefully at one and talked with sales and was satisfied with the answers to my questions. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Made an appointment to have my car repaired due to being rear ended. Advised them I would be out of town Country) until the day before the appointment. Got up early and took my car in and they never ordered the parts. I was in Pa but I live in Md. I was not a happy camper! Decided to take a chance with another location Hawkins Repair shop in Sunbury Pa. They could not have been nicer. The only issue I had is in need of a rental and asked if they took care of everything - answer yes; but I discovered the insurance company was never notified and I had to pay the bill and request reimbursement. I did get payment reimbursed but that was a hassle. I would not go back to the Hawkins Body Shop in Danville. The clerk never even apologized to me - we could reschedule the appointment was all she could say and that she called my number. Of course I was in Europe! More
