Paperwork had to be mailed back and forth between my husband and the dealership and Chris was always willing to keep us informed. My mom was hesitant but he won her over too! He gave me the details about the truck I was looking at, and I sent him pictures and information on my trade. He got back to me quickly with a rough estimate of what they would offer on my trade. We took the trip down, and everything was as expected, no surprises (which was good due to the distance we traveled). The staff at Hawkins were all very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Wonderful Experience Again!! This is the second time we have worked with Chris Finck at Hawkins. We purchased our 2009 Traverse new from Chris and we decided to downsize. We were looking for an 2012 Impala LTZ with very specific requests and Chris went to work right away on locating the vehicle we desired and within 2 hours had located the vehicle and began the process of getting it for us. When we went in to get the vehicle, Chris had everything ready. After getting all the paperwork done, Chris went over everything on the car with us, set up On-Star and the Blue Tooth options for our cell phones. We could not ask for a better salesman than Chris! He goes out of his way to make everything just right and the experience easy and painless. More
