My wife and I have been doing business with Hawkins Chev for over 25 years and have always been happy with the excellent service department and sales staff. Hawkins has always impressed me with their honesty and the lengths they will go to take care of us. We appreciate the loaner program as no other dealership or garage around has as advanced a system. Mr. Troy Sunken is our favorite sales person because he does his research and is very responsive to the questions we ask and finding the product we need. After searching for months on the internet for a different car for our family, we found our preowned Chevy Traverse at Hawkins Chevrolet in Fairmont, MN. The service we received at Hawkins was outs different car for our family, we found our preowned Chevy Traverse at Hawkins Chevrolet in Fairmont, MN. The service we received at Hawkins was outstanding. Dale Splinter was excellent to work with as was their finance manager, Tabitha. Dale made sure that we were very well taken care of with our preowned vehicle. He made sure that everything our Traverse was ready to go before we arrived and made it as quick and easy as possible. Mark Hawkins is a very courteous, respectful person. He took the time to listen to our needs, interests and financial limitations. Once he had all the information Mark went to work to find the perfect veh took the time to listen to our needs, interests and financial limitations. Once he had all the information Mark went to work to find the perfect vehicle for us. We are very busy people, and because of that Mark made the effort to find a time that would work into our schedule to finalize the deal. All the work had been done ahead of time so that we could just walk in and sign the papers. I would say that Mark went above and beyond our expectations to make us happy. More

We have always found those at Hawkins very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable . They found just what we wanted in a vehicle. Dale worked with us finding just the model, color inside and out that we want friendly, knowledgeable . They found just what we wanted in a vehicle.
