I had a good experience dealing with Hawkins Chevrolet. I had interest in one of their used vehicles I found on the internet and contacted them for additional information. He gave me the details about the truck I was looking at, and I sent him pictures and information on my trade. He got back to me quickly with a rough estimate of what they would offer on my trade. We took the trip down, and everything was as expected, no surprises (which was good due to the distance we traveled). The staff at Hawkins were all very friendly and made you feel comfortable. After getting all the paperwork done, Chris went over everything on the car with us, set up On-Star and the Blue Tooth options for our cell phones. We could not ask for a better salesman than Chris! Finally, these guys are not high pressure people and went out of their way to accomodate me during a very busy time at the dealership. I did not know these people before I purchased this vehicle but I would recommend them and buy from them again. More

My experience started when I emailed Tom Hawkins with regards to my truck the conversations lasted for about two weeks, during that time he answer questions with regards to shipping options and the actual condition of the truck as well as all of my concerns. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle and all of the paperwork was done; the truck was delivered at my house in Houston, Texas in only three days. Tom made all of the shipping arrangements and the truck came in safe and fast. I can truly only wonder how they would have treated me if I was a local customer. Let’s just say that If you are looking for a new car or used car, and you are close to Fairmont, Minnesota consider Hawkins Chevrolet as a place where they will take care of your needs and wants; if you are from a different city or an online shopper like I was, be ensured that they will be fair and truthful.
