I was very impressed with Troy as an auto dealer. He greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Troy seemed interested in what I was looking for and what I didn't want in a new car. We test drove only one car. I then said I was going to Mankato to look. He said he would offer me a great deal and keeping business local made owning a car and getting it serviced a lot more convenient. I spent the rest of the day test driving in Mankato. What a let down. The salesmen/women were pushy and even if I said I didn't like a certain car, they still tried to push it on me. In the end, I came back to Hawkins and bought the car I had test drove earlier in the week. The price was good and by going online to their site, I was able to download and print a $200 coupon to be used for the purchase of my car. More

He is friendly and helpful and got the process moving quickly. We shopped around and were confident we got the best deal! Paperwork had to be mailed back and forth between my husband and the dealership and Chris was always willing to keep us informed. My mom was hesitant but he won her over too!
