I was very impressed with Troy as an auto dealer. He greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Troy seemed interested in what I was looking for and what I didn't want in a new car. We test drove only one car. I then said I was going to Mankato to look. He said he would offer me a great deal and keeping business local made owning a car and getting it serviced a lot more convenient. I spent the rest of the day test driving in Mankato. What a let down. The salesmen/women were pushy and even if I said I didn't like a certain car, they still tried to push it on me. In the end, I came back to Hawkins and bought the car I had test drove earlier in the week. The price was good and by going online to their site, I was able to download and print a $200 coupon to be used for the purchase of my car. More

I dealt with Chris Finck over the phone and explained that I lived about five hours away, and also had a Yukon that I wanted to trade. He gave me the details about the truck I was looking at, and I sent him pictures and information on my trade. He got back to me quickly with a rough estimate of what they would offer on my trade. We took the trip down, and everything was as expected, no surprises (which was good due to the distance we traveled). The staff at Hawkins were all very friendly and made you feel comfortable.
