He gave me the details about the truck I was looking at, and I sent him pictures and information on my trade. He got back to me quickly with a rough estimate of what they would offer on my trade. We took the trip down, and everything was as expected, no surprises (which was good due to the distance we traveled). The staff at Hawkins were all very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Wonderful Experience Again!! This is the second time we have worked with Chris Finck at Hawkins. We purchased our 2009 Traverse new from Chris and we decided to downsize. When we went in to get the vehicle, Chris had everything ready. After getting all the paperwork done, Chris went over everything on the car with us, set up On-Star and the Blue Tooth options for our cell phones. We could not ask for a better salesman than Chris!
