I recently purchased a new Chevrolet Avalanche from Tom I recently purchased a new Chevrolet Avalanche from Tom Hawkins of Hawkins Chevrolet. When I met and visited with Tom I felt that I had just found a I recently purchased a new Chevrolet Avalanche from Tom Hawkins of Hawkins Chevrolet. When I met and visited with Tom I felt that I had just found a new friend. We visited for quite a while about many things, it seemed like the last thing on his mind was selling me a vehicle. He seemed more interested in what I do and my well being. The vehicle that I stopped to buy was sold as I entered the dealership. After I visited with Tom we decided to see if he could locate the vehicle that I wanted. A few days later he located me a vehicle just like we had discussed. He gave me a fair trade price and the deal was done. When I picked up the new vehicle Tom Hawkins (the owner of the dealership) spent plenty of time with me showing me how to operate the vehicle and it's accessories. I recently traded my 3 year old truck for a new 2013 with Mark Hawkins at Hawkins Chevrolet Fairmont. The whole experience from the intial visit with him to learn about the new 2013 trucks all the way thru t Mark Hawkins at Hawkins Chevrolet Fairmont. The whole experience from the intial visit with him to learn about the new 2013 trucks all the way thru to setting up OnStar and driving off the lot was a flawless experience. Since then Mark has checked in with me more then once making sure everything with the vehicle is satisfactory and thanked me for my business. I appreciate the relationships that I have with several of the staff there, especial disappointed with the service and customer care that I receive. Hawkins definitely made my first purchase from a dealership a good experience. Chris Finck met me on the lot and answered any question I had throughout the pocess of purchasing my 2009 GMC Acadia as dealership a good experience. We have purchased several new pickups from several dealerships, this is the second new pickup we have purchased at Hawkins. I have always felt that you can advertise an image but a reputation must be dealerships, this is the second new pickup we have purchased at Hawkins. I have always felt that you can advertise an image but a reputation must be earned...Hawkins advertises the "Hawkins Difference"...there truly is a difference. Everyone there is hometown friendly and professional and strives to make your buying experience excellent and the service after the sale is second to none. My wife and I have both now purchased vehicles from Hawkins Chevy, We couldn't be happier with both of our vehicles. Chris Finck was an excellent salesman, he wasn't to pushing in asking us if we would Hawkins Chevy, We couldn't be happier with both of our vehicles. Chris Finck was an excellent salesman, he wasn't to pushing in asking us if we would consider a little higher priced car or a different model and that is something I find as GREAT quality as a salesman, we have been to other dealers where all they do is push you to spend more. No such case here they are just happy to help you in anyway they can. My wife and I plan on being back in the future, and we can't wait! More
