When I was looking at the vehicle that I was considering purchasing, I approached Dale Splinter and he stopped what he was doing to help me. Dale was very kind and answered all of my questions I had about t purchasing, I approached Dale Splinter and he stopped what he was doing to help me. Dale was very kind and answered all of my questions I had about the vehicle and introduced me to the staff for financing and also introduced me to the people in the service department. Dale was the best salesman that I have had the privilege to meet. He did not push the sale on to me, he told me everything about the vehicle that he knew, from what the previous owner had told him to showing what work Hawkins had done to the vehicle. I was very impressed. I would recommend Dale and Hawkins Chevrolet to friends and family. More

The car I was driving was a 2007 Chevy Impala LTZ and I had almost 121,000 miles on it. I stopped by Hawkins to check on the new 2014 Impala and found out that had not received any at that point. I was thinking of trading my old car in for a new one and I was thinking of trading my old car in for a new one and i seen Hawkins had a 2013 Chevy Spark on the lot. I stoped in a couple of weeks ago and ta I was thinking of trading my old car in for a new one and i seen Hawkins had a 2013 Chevy Spark on the lot. I stoped in a couple of weeks ago and talked with Steve Hawkins. We talked about the car for awhile and took it for a test drive and i really liked it, but wanted a red one with a manual transmittion, so Steve found me one in no time at all, and to make a long story short the Spark is now in my drive way. Steve Hawkins and everyone that worked with me were great and i"m very satisfied, and love my new Chevy Spark. Every time i go somewhere people ask me what kind of car it is, so i tell them alittle about it and that i got it at Hawkins Chevrolet in Fairmont MN. I'm glad to have Hawkins for my hometown Chevy dealer and look forward to working with them in the furure. More

I was very impressed with this dealership. It started with the response I got from an email request for more information on a used vehicle. The responding email was from the owner Tom Hawkns in the form with the response I got from an email request for more information on a used vehicle. The responding email was from the owner Tom Hawkns in the form of a personal video advising me that a sales consultant would be in contact with me regarding my inquiry. I received the the video late in the evening and the next day I received a call from Chris Finck a sales consultant. I decided to visit the dealership the following Saturday. Chris met me in the lot to show me the vehicles I was interested in. Chris was very friendly and helpful, offering a test ride in any of the vehicles. I decided to drive a Chevy Avalanche. The vehicle was very clean and had been checked over by the Hawkins dealership mechanical staff. Chris was very upfront on what had been checked and what repairs had been made on the vehicle. We finally agreed on a price and bought the vehicle. We met Tom the owner, and felt like we had been admitted to a big family. Chris first had the vehicle washed one more time and took our picture with the vehicle to hang on his office wall. A couple days later I got another personal email with a video from Tom thanking my wife and I for the purchase. It was a very nice experience. I would recommend Chris Finck and Tom Hawkins Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
