I went in to Hawkins to see if Troy Sunken could look for a used vehicle for me. As he was writing down what I was looking for, he said he might have what I wanted. Troy Sunken at Hawkins Chevrolet offered the best car buying experience possible. For starters, he stayed open late for us since we weren't able to make it til after hours. He showed us the carfax righ buying experience possible. For starters, he stayed open late for us since we weren't able to make it til after hours. He showed us the carfax right off the bat and answered every question we had. He then pulled the car into the shop and turned the lights on so we could see it better since it was dark outside, snowing and really windy. We were able to look the car over and he showed us how things worked and answered any additional questions we had. My husband then test drove it. We agreed to the price and started the paperwork for financing. Troy then proceeded to help me hook up my phone to the blue tooth system. He also hooked up and talked to the OnStar person for me. The free SiriusXM trial wouldn't go through that night so I called him later in the week and he then was able to contact SiriusXM and get that hooked up for me also. Buying a car through Hawkins Chevrolet and working with Troy was great. I will go back there for future purchases and have already recommended them to others. More

Every employee that we had contact with at Hawkins Chevrolet treated us like family. Tom Hawkins greeted us when we entered the dealership, followed by Chris Finck who was our sales person.
